Membership Policies
  • All members must complete a health history questionnaire.
  • All Members between the ages of 13 and 17 must be instructed by a staff trainer before using equipment.
  • To ensure safety, all members must wear proper exercise shoes when exercising except yoga and Pilates classes. No sandals or open heel shoes.
  • To ensure equipment care no denim or clothing with rivets that could discolor or snag the equipment seats or pads. Also we ask that machines be wiped off when exercise is complete.
  • For your safety and to prevent damage to the equipment, no dangling earrings, bracelets, or long necklaces are permitted on the fitness equipment.

No Sunday Babysitting

Holiday Closings & Holiday Hours

The club will be closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

The club will be open from 8:00am to 12:00pm on the following days: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. No aerobics classes offered on these holidays.
